Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga in Koh Phangan, Thailand. Daily Classes, Immersion Courses, Kirtan and more with Mannu.
Learn and develop this traditional method of Yoga as a tool for self mastery from a serious and experienced teacher and practitioner. Experience and remember your true nature for a deeper experience of life itself.
Mannu started practicing Yoga in 2010 but it wasn’t until 2012 that he dived deep into the Ashtanga method. From then onwards he has continued an uninterrupted daily practice.
Ever since, the practice has been at the center of his life. In 2014 he moved to Asia thus making it it easier for himself to go back to Mysore, India every year and study at KPJAYI with his then teacher,
Sharath Jois.
Since 2016 Mannu has been teaching on-going daily Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga in Koh Phangan, Thailand in his home Shala: Jangalika 🌿, House of Ashtanga Yoga.
Mannu skilfully adapts and tailors this powerful and traditional method to suit each practitioner’s process and path to self mastery.
Mannu’s Ashtanga practice and sharing are deeply infused with his almost obsessive love of the natural world and the realisation of the infinite web of interdependencies and interconnections that we are all part of. Nature, our true nature.
Mannu always says:
“Deep within ourselves as in the whole Universe, there is a natural organic intelligence that creates and connects all that is. There really is nothing there to learn, only remember”
When he is not practising or teaching, you can always find Mannu roaming the wilderness of Koh Phangan, swimming in waterfalls or the ocean or playing one of his musical instruments to a sunset by the beach.
