Koh Phangan · Thailand
Daily Mysore-style practice. Two-week immersions. Open to all levels. Jangalika, Koh Phangan.
Every Morning
Six mornings a week, students come and practice their own sequence at their own pace — guided individually, with hands-on adjustments and direct instruction.
No choreography. No group count. Just you, your breath, and a teacher who is actually paying attention.
This is how Ashtanga has always been taught. It works.

The Teacher
Mannu has maintained an uninterrupted daily practice since 2012. He studied with Sharath Jois in Mysore five times. He teaches from Jangalika — his home — in Koh Phangan.
Not interested in yoga as performance or as a brand. Interested in what the practice actually does to a person over time.
"One breath, one movement, one moment. Everything else, let go."

A house. A teak wood shala. A lotus pond. The kind of silence that lets you hear yourself think.

"It's been a month since I started practising Ashtanga yoga with Mannu. Main results: I had neck pain for three months, and now it's completely gone. I became stronger. It helped me deal with stress from a heavy workload."
